We made a thing you can hold in your hands.

Brett and I have made something—a physical product that’s shrink-wrapped. I’ve helped others create things like this before, but this is the first time I’ve done it for myself. If you’re curious, you can check out the first photos on my LinkedIn post. While you’re there, give it a clap.

We created this product based on decades of experience leading, teaching, and mentoring leaders—especially those who are new to the role and often receive little to no training. Most leaders are left to figure things out on their own, which is stressful, frustrating, and detrimental to their success. And when leaders struggle, their teams suffer too. It’s absurd when you think about how much time and money are wasted because companies don’t invest in the people they hire or promote into leadership roles.

I am a designer, and I still design daily. Most days, I toggle between Figma and Affinity, depending on the work I need to do. But this week, I got to see my skills materialize into a product I can pick up and hold in my hands. I have a few friends who know how this feels, and I’m finally happy to join them. I’m also excited to make more. Stay tuned—I’ll have more to show you soon.
